Booth sizes start at 10’ x 10’ and increase in 10’ increments.
Contract and deposit must be received by the deadline to qualify for a given price tier. The rate for larger booths is calculated as a multiple of the 10’ x 10’ rate. A minimum 50% deposit is due at the time of application, with final payments due no later than April 30, 2023.
Booth reservation includes:
- 10’ x 10’ booth space
- Corporate Networking Space: Display area in the breakout session lounge with power connection, 6’ trestle table and 2 chairs included
- The Exhibit stand will be in place throughout the two-day event
- Two full-access conference passes
- Acknowledgment as an Exhibitor (with organization logo) on the event website, including a hyperlink to your organization’s website
- Acknowledgment as an Exhibitor (with organization logo) printed on marketing material
Please note: Booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment, or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, booth furnishings, carpet, individual booth cleaning, or any other special service orders by the exhibitor.
