Booth sizes start at 10’ x 10’ and increase in 10’ increments.
Contract and deposit must be received by the deadline to qualify for a given price tier. The rate for larger booths is calculated as a multiple of the 10’ x 10’ rate. A minimum 50% deposit is due at the time of application, with final payments due no later than March 31, 2023.
Booth reservation includes:
- 10’ x 10’ booth space
- 6” table and 2 chairs
- identification sign with company name and booth number
- Two complimentary, full-conference basic registration for each contracted company (not per 10′ x 10′ booth space)
- Descriptive listing on the conference website page, other promotional, onsite brochures, and other materials.
Please note: Booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment, or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, booth furnishings, tables, chairs, electrical supplies, carpet, individual booth cleaning, or any other special services orders by the exhibitor.
